Parade Information

 The Krewe of Omega, established in 1986, provides good, clean fun and entertainment for members while bringing the celebration of Mardi Gras to Tangipahoa Parish and surrounding areas.

 

 

 

Our members enjoy social events, large and small, throughout the year.  Official events include the Coronation Dance, King and Queen Christmas party, Twelfth Night party, and a fabulous formal ball.  The annual Trek and parade bring the joy of Mardi Gras to Hammond and Tangipahoa Parish.
 
Numerous smaller events, including float parties, picnics, and gatherings make our Krewe an active social club.
 
Members contribute to the community by visiting nursing homes, entertaining for special requests, school visits, and more.
